Wren House Studio works on larger family houses in East Dulwich and the surrounding conservation areas. A typical project for us is a full renovation: reworking the ground floor, repairing original joinery and sash windows, improving insulation quietly where it cannot be seen, and adding a modest extension where the plan genuinely needs one. We spend a lot of time on the interior — joinery, lighting, how a kitchen actually gets used on a weekday morning — because that is where these houses succeed or fail. We are used to conservation area consent and to working alongside builders who care about the older fabric.
