Pier Line Studio is a small design practice in Southend working on extensions and loft conversions for homeowners across south Essex. We handle the parts of a project that most people find opaque: measured survey, design drawings, planning applications and building regulations packages, and a tender set your builder can price properly. Our projects are usually straightforward in scope and tight on budget, and we think that is a reasonable thing to be good at. We will tell you early if what you want is not achievable for the money, and we will suggest what a realistic version looks like instead.
