Orchard Row Studio designs extensions, loft conversions and garden rooms for homeowners in north Cambridge and the surrounding villages. Most of our projects are modest in scale and clear in purpose: another bedroom, a bigger kitchen, somewhere to work that is not the spare room. We produce survey drawings, design proposals, planning applications and building regulations packages, and we help clients get comparable quotes from builders. We are careful with budgets and will happily talk someone out of a project that does not stack up. Work usually starts with a site visit and a short written feasibility note.
