Meridian Yard is based in Greenwich and works across south-east London and into Kent. We take on rear extensions, loft conversions and, two or three times a year, a new house on an infill plot. Our approach is fairly practical: understand the site and the budget first, then design something that can actually be built for it. We are comfortable with tight urban plots, awkward levels and party wall complications, and we prefer robust materials that will still look reasonable in fifteen years. Clients usually come to us having lived in their house for a while and knowing precisely what frustrates them about it.
