Marsh & Copper works across Walthamstow, Leyton and the wider north-east London suburbs, mostly on Edwardian and inter-war family houses. We do a lot of the same work our neighbours ask for — rear extensions, loft conversions, reconfigured ground floors — but we try to treat each house as a whole rather than bolting rooms onto the back of it. Occasionally we design a new house on a garden or backland plot, which keeps us honest about planning. We are happy to start with a short feasibility study so people can decide whether a project is worth pursuing before committing to full design fees.
