Line & Form is an Oxford practice working on substantial private houses across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Our projects are usually large renovations of stone or brick houses, sometimes listed, and a small number of new houses on rural sites. We take a long view: careful survey work, a properly resolved plan, and detailing that will hold up over decades. New work is generally quiet and clearly of its own time rather than imitating what is already there. We manage listed building consent and planning applications directly and are used to working with conservation officers, engineers and specialist contractors over long programmes.
