Kiln & Court is based in east Oxford and works on family houses across the city and out towards Abingdon and Bicester. Extensions and loft conversions make up most of our workload, with the occasional new house on an infill plot. We are interested in plans that work quietly — where you put the front door, how a kitchen connects to a garden, where the daylight comes from in winter. Materials are usually simple and local. We take projects from first survey through planning and building regulations to construction, and we stay involved on site because that is where the drawings get tested.
